Background
I am a commercial architect and technology futurologist. My career has run through some of Australia's most complex commercial environments: nine years at Telstra, finishing as Head of Global Sales Strategy and Capability behind 1,200 enterprise sellers across multinational accounts, then executive roles at Optus, Phriendly Phishing (CyberCX), illion and NCS Group (Singtel).
One thread runs through all of it. I design and build the commercial and operational architecture that lets a business grow with discipline and confidence. Revenue operating models, CRM transformations, systems integration, process design, workflow automation, capability frameworks. Delivered at scale across telco, cybersecurity and SaaS, for organisations from start-ups and SMEs through to enterprise, in both corporate and advisory settings. What has changed is the multiplier. I now put AI to work inside that architecture, turning hard-won commercial discipline into the intelligence, speed and decision-grade data that let ambition scale.
None of this is technology for its own sake. The point is always people. I build so that the people inside a business, and the business itself, succeed together, with the capability, confidence and tools to do their best work.
